Similar confusion to the Darkrai one — seeing "Mega Charizard ex" thrown around but Mega Evolution and the "ex" card mechanic come from completely different eras/sets. Is there an actual card called this or is it just fans blending Mega Charizard X/Y with the modern ex format?
