Rayquaza: is it too strong, or just right for a legendary?
Every time Rayquaza comes up, someone says it’s broken, but I think the Dragon Ascent mechanic is what makes it interesting. Do you run Rayquaza in Ubers, or do you feel it’s too dominant for casual play?
