What Pokémon cards are actually worth money right now?

Going through some old binders and trying to figure out what Pokémon cards are worth money these days versus what's just bulk. Is there a reliable way to check current values beyond guessing off eBay listings?

First edition holos and anything with Charizard tend to hold serious value still. I'd check recent eBay sold listings rather than trusting price guides, they're often outdated.
