Seismitoad weakness — what am I missing?

Seismitoad's bulk plus Water Absorb is a pain to break through. What's Seismitoad's weakness exactly, and does the ability change which counters are actually safe to use?

It's Water/Ground so Grass and Electric moves basically do nothing extra since Ground cancels the Electric weakness out, you want Ground type moves like Earthquake or Grass ones like Giga Drain instead.
