Honestly, not really. Nidorina is just a stepping stone. Nidoqueen is a massive power spike that gives you the moves and stats to actually matter. The only time you might keep it around is if you are desperately low on party slots or trying to grind specific levels for a later challenge, but generally, you want that evolution ASAP to unlock its full potential in battle.
