Yes, Mega Manectric is still worth using if you need a strong Electric-type attacker, especially against Water- and Flying-types. It has great Speed and solid Special Attack, though it’s pretty frail and there are stronger Mega options overall. I’d say it’s a good choice if you like Manectric or need an Electric attacker, but not something you absolutely need to build around.
