Gigantamax Snorlax — still a menace or just a gimmick?

Question

Gigantamax Snorlax was one of the scariest Gigantamax forms in Galar thanks to G-Max Replenish and the bulk behind it. Does anyone still use it, and how would you rank it against other Gigantamax Pokémon?

Alex · Answer

Gigantamax Snorlax is more than a gimmick. Its huge HP pool and G-Max Replenish move make it a serious threat in Pokémon battles, especially when supported by the right team. However, its effectiveness depends on the format and available counters.

Jason · Answer

Gigantamax Snorlax is definitely still a menace, not just a gimmick! Its massive HP, strong bulk, and powerful G-Max Replenish can make it frustrating to deal with, especially in the right team. I’d say it’s still a solid threat when used well, though good counters can keep it in check.

Alex · Answer

In Pokémon GO, Gigantamax Snorlax is still a sturdy tank, but Dynamax Blissey generally outperforms it defensively. It’s worthwhile for collectors and rewards, yet not essential for optimized teams.

Honestly it still scares me a bit when it gets going, but it feels more like a gimmick now that people have good answers to it. Fun to use though.
