Dewgong — does it have any real use these days?
Dewgong was always one of those Pokémon I caught and never really used long-term. Does the Water/Ice typing actually hold up in any format, or is it mostly outclassed by other Ice-types now?

Dewgong still has some niche uses, particularly in Pokémon GO’s Great League, where its bulk and Icy Wind can provide useful utility. Outside specialized formats, its competitive presence is limited.

Honestly, not really in most current competitive formats. Dewgong can still work as a bulky Water/Ice option with moves like Icy Wind, but it’s generally outclassed by other Pokémon. I’d mainly use it for nostalgia or a themed team rather than serious competitive play.

Dewgong can still have uses depending on the game and format, particularly where its Water/Ice typing, abilities, and available moves fit a specific strategy. However, its effectiveness varies by generation and competitive environment. In the main series, it evolves from Seel and has no further evolution.

If you mean Dewgong from Pokémon, it can still have some use in certain battles, particularly where its Water/Ice typing and defensive moves fit the team. However, its effectiveness depends heavily on the game, format, and available moves. In casual play, it remains a fun option even if stronger alternatives exist.
